Exchanges

If you, the purchaser, order the incorrect Souls size these can be exchanged (subject to stock availability) provided that

1. All associated shipping costs (return and resend) are paid by you, the purchaser.
2. The exchange is pre-arranged by emailing details to orders@soulsfootwear.nz.
3. The product/s is returned to Souls with proof of purchase within 14 days of date of receipt of purchase.
4. The product/s are unused and in the original condition you received them, including all packaging and labeling.

If the shipping error has been made by Souls and the wrong size and/or style has been supplied, Souls will cover all shipping costs associated with exchange and replacement of goods. The same conditions as points 2, 3 and 4 above will still apply.

Returns

Souls are proud of our products and we will attempt to replace any defective merchandise (subject to stock availability) or refund you for defective merchandise (including reasonable shipping costs) provided that:

1. The return is pre-arranged by emailing details to orders@soulsfootwear.nz
2. The product/s is returned to Souls with proof of purchase within 14 days of date of receipt of purchase.
3. The product/s are unused and in the original condition you received them, including all packaging and labeling.
